General Regulation of Data Protection
1. Privacy Policy and Data Protection:
1.1 MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS), respects the right to privacy of the private life of the Data Subject, guaranteeing the right to the protection of his/ hers personal data, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 26 and 35 of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic, in the General Regulation on Data Protection (Regulation [EU] 2016/679), and in the Personal Data Protection Act (Law no. 67/98, of October 26), reason why the correct processing and use of the personal data gathered during the access to the internet page of MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS is imperative.
1.2 MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS undertakes, in matters of privacy policy and data protection:
- To process data in a lawful and fair manner, collecting only the information necessary and relevant to the purpose for which it is intended;

5. Rights of the Data Subject:
The rights of the Data Subject are:
5.1. Right to be informed on the processing of personal data:
The Data Subject has the right to demand to MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS information about the collection and use of his / hers personal data, namely, the identity and contact of the responsible for the management, the purpose of the processing, the period of data storage, access rights, rectification, erasure, portability, opposition to treatment and processing limitation, and also the possibility to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
5.2. Right to Rectification:
In case the personal data is incorrect or incomplete, the Data Subject has the right to rectify it.
5.3. Right to Restrict Processing:
The Data Subject can exercise this right when: the accuracy of the personal data in question is contested; the Data Subject does not want the data to be erased; the data is no longer necessary for the original purpose, but can not yet be erased for legal reasons; pending the decision on the Data Subject's objection to the processing.
Such personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only be processed with the Data Subject's consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a Member State. The Data Subject shall be informed by the controller before the restriction of processing is lifted.
5.4. Right to Erasure ('Right To Be Forgotten'):
The Data Subject has the right to have his / hers personal data erased when those personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; when the Data Subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based, and where there is no other legal ground for the processing; when the Data Subject
objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; or when the personal data have been unlawfully processed.
5.5. Right to Data Portability:
The Data Subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transmit those data to another controller.
5.6. Right to Object to the Processing:
The Data Subject has the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her. MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS shall no longer process the personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the Data Subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
5.7. Right to Revoke or Cancel the processing of personal data:

5.8. Right to Lodge a Complaint:
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, every Data Subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the “Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados” if the Data Subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes the GDPR.
6. Data Collection and Processing - Site Access:
6.1. All access to the website https://www.moninhas.pt/ of MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS page loads or cached data retrievals, will be registered.
6.2. In this process the following data is collected: IP address (internet protocol, which allows the identification of a device in a local or public network) of the device that accesses the page https://www.moninhas.pt/; data and time of page access; Internet browser; Internet domain; recovered file; date and time of recovery; amount of data transferred; message about successful recovery.
6.3. Data storage is temporary, pursuant to Article 6, number 1, paragraph f) of the GDPR.
6.4. The data will be collected and processed to optimize the site, avoid unwanted access to the page https://www.moninhas.pt or acts of computer piracy.
6.5. The data will be erased whenever it is no longer necessary for the purposes referred to herein.
7. Contact Form:
7.1. Whenever the Data Subject uses the contact form available on the website https://www.moninhas.pt, MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS will proceed to the processing of the following data: name; email address.
7.2. The processing of personal data entered in the contact form is only for the processing of the initial contact.
7.3. The data is erased as soon as it is no longer needed to fulfil the purpose of its collection. The purpose is fulfilled when the respective conversation with the Data Subject is finished. The conversation is over when circumstances reveal that the situation in question has been definitively clarified.
7.4. The Data Subject always has the possibility to object to the consent of the processing of personal data or to oppose its subsequent use, having his / her personal data erased by MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS.
7.5. The following data is also processed when sending the contact form: IP address; Date and time of sending the contact form; source of the sending device.
7.6. The origin of the sending IP will not be provided to any third party except judicial authorities.
7.7. The data collected at the time of sending the contact form is used exclusively for the treatment of the conversation.
7.8. The personal data processed during the sending process is intended to avoid abusive use of the contact form, guarantee the security of MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS information systems and avoid fraud or other types of criminal offences.
8. Application Forms:
8.1. Whenever the Applicant uses the application form available on the website https://www.moninhas.pt, MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS will proceed with the treatment of the following data: name; email address; telephone contact; curriculum vitae.
8.2. The personal data concerned shall be treated for the purpose of selection and recruitment of the Applicant to join the workforce of MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS, within the scope of a labour relationship or internship.
8.3. The curriculum vitae must be attached via a PDF or ZIP file up to 2 MB.
8.4. The personal data of the application, that the Applicant sends through the form made available, as well as other personal data that he will provide, by any way or means, in the scope of the recruitment and selection process, will be treated exclusively by MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS.
8.5. Personal data may be kept by MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS for the time necessary to achieve the aforementioned purpose, up to a maximum of one (1) year from the submission of the application by means of which the said data were provided.
8.6. Some data requested from the Applicant in the scope of the recruitment process may be a mandatory requirement for the evaluation of the application or the application for specific positions, thus, if it is so MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS will give this indication to the Applicant, informing him / her that, in case they are not available, the analysis of the application can not be carried out by the company.
8.7. The Applicant always has the possibility to object to the consent of the processing of personal data or to oppose its subsequent use, having his / her personal data erased by MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS.
9. Use of Cookies:
9.1. By accessing and using the website https://www.moninhas.pt, the Data Subject will be informed of the use of cookies.
9.2. The use of cookies is necessary to improve certain functionalities of the website https://www.moninhas.pt, for better use by the user.
9.3. The Data Subject may prevent the installation of cookies by using appropriate software. However, you should be aware that by doing so you may not have access to all the features of the website https://www.moninhas.pt.
9.4. The Data Subject may prevent the collection of information by cookies (including the I.P. address) related to the use of the website https://www.moninhas.pt by the user and the treatment of the same data by Google.

10. Newsletter:
10.1. In the web page https://www.moninhas.pt you have the possibility of subscribing to MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS free newsletter, by providing name and email address.
10.2. The name and email address provided by the Data Subject is for sending the free newsletter.
10.3. The subscription to the free newsletter may be cancelled at any time, and personal data will be erased immediately after the cancellation of the said subscription.
10.4. In each newsletter that is sent there is a link available that automatically cancels it.
10.5. The newsletter subscription can be cancelled through the automatic cancellation link that accompanies each newsletter sent.
11. Security Measures:
11.1. MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS has physical, technical and organizational security measures for the protection of the personal data of the Data Subjects, in particular with regard to misuse, unauthorized access, illegal access or disclosure, loss, alteration, damage or destruction.
11.2. MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS uses the best computer techniques to process the personal data collected and ensure that they are not accessible to third parties who do not have the legitimacy to access them.
11.3. The sending of e-mails does not guarantee total confidentiality or security of the
information transmitted, therefore, whenever the user wishes to transmit confidential information, it must be sent by registered mail to MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS, S.A., Rua das Indústrias, n.º 22, Zona Industrial da Venda do Pinheiro, 2665-628 Venda do Pinheiro.
11.4. MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS is not responsible for any violation of the right to privacy and illegitimate access to personal data of a user that originates in attacks of third parties (hackers) to the computer of that same user, due to a lack of computer security, which includes, among others, not to be provided with an appropriate anti virus or firewall.
12. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties:
Except in the scope of compliance with legal obligations and collaboration with public entities (police or judicial entities), in no case will there be communication of personal data to third national or international entities.
13. Changes to the Declaration:
13.1. MONINHAS ALUMÍNIOS reserves the right to revise, modify or update this Data Protection Declaration, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. 13.2. Any change to the data protection will be duly updated on the website https://www.moninhas.pt.
13.3. Regular reading of this Declaration for notice of any changes in the field of data protection is recommended.
